Every project begins with a Complimentary Home Walkthru & Estimat. This visit allows me to understand your goals, the size of the project, and the level of support you need. No pressure, no obligation—just clarity and support.
Each home and situation is unique, so all pricing below is starting at and finalized after your complimentary no charge-walkthrough.
Home Declutter Support Packages
Standard Home Support — Starting at $375
5‑hour minimum
For decluttering, organizing, and general home reset work. A gentle, steady approach to help you regain space and peace of mind.
(Equivalent to $75-$100/hr)
Downsizing & Move Preparation — Starting at $450
6‑hour minimum
For multi‑step transitions, sorting, decision‑making, packing support, and preparing for a move. Ideal for seniors who want a smooth, supported process from start to finish.

Complex, Estate, or High‑Emotional‑Load Support — Starting at $600
8-hour minimum
For estate preparation, urgent situations, or projects involving significant emotional overwhelm. Includes deeper guidance, pacing, and specialized support.

Estate & Home Clearing Packages

Partial Home Clearing — Starting at $900
Approx. 12 hours of support
For smaller homes, apartments, or partial‑area clearing.
Full Home Clearing — Starting at $1800
Approx. 24 hours of support
For full‑home transitions, estate clearing, or preparing a property for listing.
House‑Ready‑to‑Sell — Starting at $2700
Approx. 36 hours of support
Includes full clearing, donation coordination, staging‑level tidying, and preparing the home for photography or listing.
Additional hours beyond package limits are billed at the appropriate hourly rate.
Storage Container Clean‑Out — Starting at $450
Approx. 6 hours of support
For storage units containing mixed items, long‑term belongings, or emotionally loaded decisions. Includes sorting, decision support, donation coordination, and preparing the unit to be emptied or closed.
Additional hours are billed at the appropriate hourly rate.
Contractor Coordination Fee
If your project requires cleaners, junk removal, movers, painters, handymen, or other contractors, I can coordinate and manage these services on your behalf.
This includes scheduling, communication, on‑site supervision, and ensuring the work aligns with your goals.
A 20% coordination fee is applied to the total cost of any contractor services arranged through me.
Travel
Included within city limits.
Travel & Vehicle Use
Travel is billed as time, not kilometers. our hourly rate begins when I leave my home and pauses when I arrive at yours. It resumes when I leave your home and ends when I return. This approach covers fuel, insurance, wear‑and‑tear, and all vehicle-related costs without adding per‑kilometer charges.
In‑Town Travel (within city limits)
Travel time is billed at my standard hourly rate for the time it takes to drive from my home to your location and back again. This keeps billing simple and predictable.
Out‑of‑Town Travel (outside city limits)
For locations outside city limits, travel is billed the same way—at my hourly rate for all time spent driving to and from your location. This ensures fairness for longer distances without complicated zone fees or mileage tracking.
This is including travel for picking up supplies for the project no marking up for equipment and supplies this is included in our hourly rate. If your project required materials, you'll only be charged the actual cost of those items, with no markup.
